What does the referral cost me?
Nothing. It is free for you. We are paid by the agencies we pass projects on to. What your website costs, the agency will tell you in its quote; we do not name a price.
Do you build my website yourselves?
No. We take down your project, select a suitable partner agency and pass your details on to it with your consent. Your website is built by that agency.
How do you select the agency?
Based on what you state in the questionnaire: project, region, timing, your budget range and who decides on your side. From our selected partner agencies we then take the one that fits best and tell you why. We do not award any seal of quality.
How many agencies receive my details?
To one. Not to several at once, and never to a list. On request we tell you which agency received your details.
What exactly do you pass on?
Your company, your name, the company phone number, your direct number, the time when you are reachable, your e-mail address, your answers in the questionnaire and, if you wrote one, your message. Only with your tick in the form, only to the selected agency and only for the purpose of a quote for your project. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I withdraw the handover?
Yes, at any time and without giving reasons; one e-mail is enough. After that we pass nothing on. We cannot undo a handover that has already happened, but at your request we ask the agency to delete the data.
Do I have to accept the agency’s quote?
No. You are not committed to anything, neither to us nor to the agency. If it does not fit, tell us.
How long does it take?
We look at your details and select the agency. You are then contacted directly by the selected agency, within the time you stated in the form. We do not promise a deadline here.
Which agencies are these?
We do not give names in advance. As soon as we have selected an agency for your project, we tell you which one it is and why, before your details go there.
Why should I not just ask several agencies myself?
You can. Then you write the same thing several times and compare quotes that are calculated differently. We take down your project once and pass it to an agency it fits.
Do I have to supply text or images?
Not for the questionnaire. What the agency needs from you later, it will tell you in its quote.
Do you work throughout Switzerland?
Yes, throughout Switzerland and in Liechtenstein. This site is available in German, French, Italian and English.
Who is behind Edelweiss?

Does my website need a cookie banner?
As soon as analytics, advertising, maps or videos are embedded, yes. A good agency builds in its own banner with a real choice: rejecting is as easy as accepting, nothing is pre-selected, and before your consent the page loads nothing from third-party servers. The privacy policy names every service with purpose, provider, country and retention period. Ask about it.
